Hey Mark -- just wanted to thank you guys so much for getting my heating fixed over the holiday!! (I'm the lady who had no heat on Christmas Eve.) Joey came out and fixed the problem and everything has been working fine since. I really appreciate that you were able to get someone to my house on Christmas Day -- I know most companies would not have done that.
